Relaxation

One of the reasons that people go to spa is mainly to relax their muscles. True, the main reason to go to spa is to get a healthier-looking skin. But as I've writen on previous articles, spa treatment not only improve your skin health, it also helps your muscles and release stress.

Stress is the main culprit for all our daily aches. From work stress, home stress, school stress, commuting stress, a little bit of stress from daily activities can lead to bad health.
